The Think Smart dispatch platform removes the lag between a booking landing and a car being assigned, pairing each ride with the most appropriate driver based on live position, vehicle capability, and traffic conditions. The aim is straightforward: shorter waits at the kerb and a higher number of completed jobs per shift.

Controllers operate from a focused, map-led interface that puts every active vehicle, pending job, and en-route trip in front of them at once. Status colours, configurable thresholds, and audible alerts mean small problems are caught before they become customer complaints, whether that is a driver running late on a hotel pickup or a sudden cluster of bookings around the airport.

The system has been shaped by the working patterns of Irish and UK private hire firms.
